Terms of Service

1. The service
xdeploy ("we") hosts websites and databases as Docker containers on our infrastructure. Your subscription plan determines how many containers you may run. Service is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees.
2. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in Thai Baht via Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Refunds are pro-rated and granted at our discretion.
3. Data retention
When your subscription ends (cancellation or failed payment), your containers are stopped. Their data is retained for 30 days, during which resubscribing restores everything. After 30 days all container data is deleted permanently.
4. Resource limits and fair use
Each container is limited to 0.5 vCPU, 512 MB RAM, and 10 GB disk (containers exceeding 15 GB are stopped automatically). Bandwidth is subject to fair use. We may throttle or stop workloads that degrade service for others.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal content, cryptocurrency mining, botnets, spam, malware distribution, or attacks on third parties. Violations lead to suspension or termination without refund.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the software you deploy, its licenses, and keeping backups of critical data. We are not liable for data loss or damages beyond the amount you paid in the last month.
